From its core sites FSAstore.com and HSAstore.com, to its growing telehealth collaborations, educational materials, benefits administrator partnerships, and sales of national + global brands —as well as its own brand, Caring Mill — Health-E Commerce is all about smart ways to spend less, save more, and stay healthy. I wrote + edited compelling copy, updated guidelines to revamp the brand’s voice + tone, and led a team of copywriters in crafting copy that decoded and demystified complex information, helping boost awareness, engagement, and conversion as the company grew.
